We’re looking to recruit an experienced paraplanner to work alongside the planners in the firm, assisting with all aspects of the client relationship, including creating Lifestyle Financial Plans, report writing and research.

We want to find like-minded individuals who work well in a team and are interested in putting client outcomes first.

The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:

  • Preferably level 4 Diploma qualified or working towards the qualification
  • Keen to progress towards Chartered status
  • Analytical and intuitive nature
  • Works well in a team
  • Has a desire to achieve great client outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and disciplined
  • Familiar with cashflow planning. Working with Truth software would be preferred but not a prerequisite.

Duties to include:

  • Working alongside the team of planners to deliver a highly personalised holistic financial planning service
  • Analysing client data, creating cashflow models, and writing up Lifestyle Financial Plans
  • Research and analysis
  • Report writing
  • Attend client meetings and communicate with clients directly
  • Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of best practices and processes within the team.
